My p700 was doing the same thing, turned out to be a loose battery cable.

Changing the plugs made a big difference. I haven’t had time to play with it since then. Maybe this weekend

Check your ground wires I had same problem plus was not shifting correctly the ground wire under driver seat was loose

Mine had the same symptoms you are having. It would not set a code but would barley run. Put new plugs in and now it runs like new again.

Change the plugs, air filter, and check your battery connections.
