Hello all. I have a 2010 muv 700 that I am rebuilding. I’m posting here because I understand the engine is largely the same. My oil pump sprocket has some play. It moves in and out with the shaft. The sprocket itself also has some slight play (clockwise/countercw). Is this normal? Does this allow for what is necessary in pump shaft movement?
I have seen many posts with people having this issue but no real answer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
