Oh, wait...I just looked back at the older post and now I can tell the numbers I have in my notes are the newer Fox numbers.

The first measurement is what I had before I upgraded to the TTC suspension and Fox shocks. The machine had a Highlifter 2" bracket lift, stock shocks, and 30" tires on it when I got it (and it rode like a brick.)

The numbers in parenthesis are where I am after the upgrade.

13 3/4 to bottom of front bumper. (16.25)
3/4 below bucket (1.75 above)
Bolt below door
Left 17.5 (18.5)
Right 17 3/8 (18.5)
Rear clears bucket by 1" now (1" clear w/skid at .855)
16.5 to receiver rectangle hole (17.5)
43.75 bottom of N on tailgate (44.5)
39.75 top of front led. (42.75)
24.5 bottom face front bumper (27.5)

I had been thinking about adding more preload to the rear but never got around to it because it looks fine to me and rides well.

My current preload numbers are 1.5" on the front and 0.8 on the rear with Fox shocks and viper springs.
I guess you ain't doing oil changes into a 5 gallon bucket, eh, @P1K5Dave? :D

I do clear a bucket by an inch in the rear and 1-3/4" in the front. Still haven't found one on the trails yet, though...
Do you have a lift? I have more preload on my Fox's with the Viper springs and barely clear the bucket.

@Robobrainiac I've got some numbers in my notes, but I'm not sure if they were the 814 or Fox numbers. I'll have to check them this weekend.

I like my current ride better. I was taller with the 814s, but it also felt like I was riding on top of the springs instead of within them. That could have been due to over-preloading, though. I sat them somewhere around the 4-4.5" numbers where I read everyone was setting them, but it was probably too much. My current preload numbers are 1.5" on the front and 0.8 on the rear with Fox shocks and viper springs.
If all goes to plan I will have my cfab arms on next week. So I am attempting to gather as much information as I can before install.

Thank you greatly!! I won't have enough time after my c fab install before the TO to really narrow down where I need to be so to have a ball park is really nice.

Yeah, as I said, I could probably add some more preload and height, but haven't gotten around to it (or tried it to see if I'd like more...)

You don't have *that* much more preload on your Foxes than I do, but I have a 3" lift in my arms. That's what's interesting about preload and lift, is not a linear scale. As you add preload, the rate of increase in height is progressively higher.

Factory Deluxe shocks on pure stock ‘22 1000-5. Maybe 3” clearance in front. A little less in rear.
