As for that spec, I dont know it off hand. Not sure many on here do. But there is a real good way to find out that comes with alot of other fringe benefits Of the forum!

2016 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 11,000 miles. Recently had it wrapped! (was green) We have the service manual but couldn't find it in there. Was hoping someone knows! Has a rear wheel clicking noise, so took apart to check axles.

To be honest with you, I use armstrong when tightening the bolt on my 16’s axels especially out in the field when you don’t have a torque wrench lol. If u have clicking you most likly have a bad a exel

I could give you a torque spec. But it won't be correct.
The castle nuts require you to tighten them to torque, and if they don't line up for the cotter pin, tighten further.
So I would start around 140NM and go from there.

Edit, torque specs are listed in chapter one under general information, then under wheels/suspension.

NeOhio is right about the 2nd part but the number is 101 ft lb. After torqued, if cotter pin doesn't go in, tighten a little more until it does.

Correct, I looked at the NM which is 137.

Just to note that in another thread, I just learned that the 2022 models have a larger axle nut with bigger threads, so that 101 ft lb number could have changed also.
