Great. I'll remain stock. If you're stock, you're fine. They are manufactured to be 50 state compliant
Are you perhaps referring to Custer State Park near Keystone?? I don't know where Custer National Park is at??
MN doesn't require it unless you're there over 14 days. SD tag is all you needOk, I am going to buy the $15.00 non resident ORV/UTV off road permit which provides legal access to all forestry roads and ATV/UTV trail systems throughout the state, for Wyoming, South Dakota ($25.00) Montana ($27.00) and Idaho. Wyomings state departments website contradicts itself and claims both that you do, and you do not need such permit if your UTV, is licensed as street legal. $15.00 -$30.00 is cheap insurance against a zealous forest ranger that demands to see my permit sticker. All four will be on the hood. However, they run from January 1 thru December 31, so I have to wait till January to get them.
Arkansas is 96 db too. If you ride there, you're GoodGreat. I'll remain stock.
Gotcha, not sure that mopar wants to get that close to Mt. Rushmore. Do you recall if there is a UTV trail system associated with Custer State Park? That what I meant....
Ben a long time since we were there but we loved iy
Yep, bought two pioneers there so they are good. I'll check the specs on the P1K and see if that's even listed.Arkansas is 96 db too. If you ride there, you're Good
Right, I remember you saying that, that's why I'm just purchasing the permits for the mountain states we go through. (What was the SAD tag again)MN doesn't require it unless you're there over 14 days. SAD tag is all you need

Really, you think you'll run into some stupid cops? Several years ago, coming back from an evening fishing trip, came up to a road block, one hot August night, the officer asked me if I had been drinking, I replied yes and thats why I'm going, I've run out of anything to drink. He put his head into my truck and smelled, and said I don't smell any alcohol, and I replied, well no you can't smell water, he stepped back and laughed, and said I didn't ask you what you were drinking did I? Pretty cool cop.As has been mentioned before, a caravan of five Honda Pioneer 1000's pulling odd looking trailers and fabricated boxes on them will be anything but incognito. I expect to have a fair share of LEO engagement on this trip. And it's always possible to encounter an officer with an attitude or one who has insufficient knowledge of the laws within his/her own jurisdiction. All the documentation in the world to the contrary won't impress an officer that believes that you are in violation. Might win in the end, but you still have an unnecessary inconvenience at the least.
