I made my own roof out of 5051 aluminum 1/8 5'X10' mounted just about everything (lights, radio, etc.) to it. $300 was better than $500 for oem.
Did my switch plate out of the same 5051 aluminum.
Snorkeled my bike after crossing canal and water came up over hood.

Jackal where did you get switches and volt meter
Sorry I just saw this post. Switches and voltmeter all from Amazon. The switches are from STV or SVT performance as well as all my LED lightbars. The voltmeter I just did a search and the one like mine is offered in several colors even single and dual readout. Don't recall sellers name.

Not sure I ever stuck this on here finished, I found a cup holder doo hickey in a 4 wheeler box and added it for the missing cup holder. Also I was curious how tuff the snorkel would be. Well last weekend riding I had the opportunity to leave it out of park watch it roll down a hill and have it stopped from going all the way down by the snorkel pipe catching a tree. Knocked the top snorkel sideways but other than that it held and nothing broke.

I have had several customers tell me about diffrent things they plan to build and have built. One customer sent me a picture of a homemade rack, which made me think of this topic. I know this Forum has some skilled people in it, so I'm curious to see what ideas everyone has came up with and built for their pioneers!

Hey. Looks great. I like the paint job. Really makes that pop. The snorkel I made kinda took the idea from sideby side stuff. Online. They have pics online and all the parts at Home Depot or Lowe's. Check them out for details. Didn't save too much doing it myself they have pretty good prices. The dash I made out of a piece of diamond plate I had laying around. Bumper is from strong made. Winch is KFI 4500. Light bar is the Arsenal 52" I believe. I made the brackets out of some steel L angle. Everything else I have I found on the amazing Amazon. I will get you some better pics when I get back in town. (Working for the next 3 weeks out of town)Ordered a 22" arsenal light for a back up light. Quick release fire extinguisher after I saw a jeep burn to the ground a couple weeks ago on the trail. Dome light coming and lastly I contacted rockcrusher about a portal lift and they told me this fall. So I'm waiting on the lift til I can do it up right.

Mine set a little out on the top as well. Not sure what you can do to fix it. But if you ever pull a heavy load or haul a heavy load it will flatten out
