The 5 year old for sure but the two year old isn't ready yet. They love playing with technical things for sure.

I would agree that that's a more appropriate file for the job than what Joey put up, however, Joey actually posted a rat tail file whereas your file is a Swiss or Swix, more commonly a flat file, hard to tell by your tiny pic, it may be a tri corn or fret file. I think though that I'll be using a sanding block on the cut edge of the windshield.
