So I had to take a break to attend a Bday party...But wanted to note on each lower a arm one screwable connection was almost impossible to thread out! Still haven't completed the install of left side lower due to that fact! Threads do not appear stripped, just harder than hell to adjust outward! Some pics...

Stripped...

So much for quality control:mad:
Now I have to run and get a new zerk and tap the threads:mad: Come on SuperATV!!!!!
One good thing about being maint supervisor when my old job closed its doors.....I walked out with all kinds of kits for zerk fittings, Orings, snap rings, key stock...You name it I probably have a complete set of them lol.

Are there different threads to the zerks??? It took a 9mm wrench to remove it! I have other zerks that seem close but it takes a 10mm. Removed good zerk and compared them and they looked close but seemed to want to thread into good side of a arm rough! Do you know Thread size and pitch?

Yes there are different threads. I'm at work or I'd look at the sets I have. I get off in 4 hrs. Holler if you still need this info and I'll see what's listed on the inside of the cases.

Narrowed it down to 6mm x 1.0 or 1/4-28
Bought both taps and both zerks. Thanks @Delton :)

One out of the four was like that on mine. I used a 18" center punch to twist mine.

The measurements for the adjustments are really close! Thanks @Windrock1000! Left everything loose & threw the tires on! Factory shocks are back on needless to say!:(

My left side caster is giving me problems. Still a little towed in. Since I pulled the lift - I am now cranking down the preload on the Foxs. I'm adding 1.25" of preload to all 4 shocks to lift and firm. Plus another 1/2" to both shocks on the Drivers side. The sway bar really helps on keeping the machine level so without one I'm making the shocks do It now.

Have the sway bar unhooked just resting in there! I am not sure if i want to pull it or not! I ride trails hard and don't want to compromise stability!

So, these are to add ground clearance? Still trying to figure out what these new arms really do.

Move the center of the tire forward so you can run a larger tire and not have to lift it. They also are higher clearance so you won't catch your arms on rocks, stumps, etc...

My question is what's the difference in the highlifter vs the satv? Is one a higher quality arm?

I may be wrong but it seems like the HL didn't have any camber adjustment.
