P1000 Recall - all '16-'19 P1K

Picked up yesterday. Brought home and drove less than a mile and problems. Turf mode selected but shows both rear wheels highlighted. Will not change on display no matter what selection. After waiting so long I never read about any problems with the Honda’s until I searched for this problem. I have to cancel windrock trip this weekend now. Can someone tell me why Honda’s are so good???

I drove 4.5 hours to get it yesterday. They drove it out and I loaded it. I didn’t think to check that operation.

Like alot of other places, just there to get your money. Because they know you wont drive that far with an issue if something comes up.

Hell my GM let me drive his truck and shop trailer home with me to pick up a customers unit that had issue.

They give us Dealers like us a bad name.

That's why I paid the extra bucks, I've had to remind him once! HA! Heartland Honda has been great and they watch this forum. OW poop I should have bad mouthed them, HA! Great bunch of guys, except for Jarred and Keylan! They know I'm BSing them!

if they watch then they purposely changed the bulk heads on the talons rubber lines so im f***ed (so far) on building better ones

Roof windshield tires with spacers on today. Tomorrow starts the wiring projects...... btw. Night and day difference from the 700. No regerts.....not even one

they have bolt to frame ( bulk head) fittings on the talons not the clip press as the pioneers. but they are still rubber brakelines..... all equals to i cant make those special fittings to make lines

It not too bad to change and actually pretty reasonable. Don't know about the red but we went from yellow to this for about $275.

There are 8 separate pieces if you want a complete change over for a 1000-5. Here is a thread from awhile ago with the metallic silver part numbers that I used. Prices have increased a little but still pretty reasonable. I actually thought about the 2017 blue but it was about a $100 more. I told my wife I could learn to like the yellow, but she said she couldn't. The silver actually turned out pretty nice.

Place down by river took 2 months to adjust my valves and do a clutch recall.
