REV PROBLEM 5000RPM

hello

recently i have purchased used Talon 1000R , it starts well , but it doesnt go up than 5000RPM approximately ( it makes like red line ) , i have tried every gear , 4x4, 2x4, everthing , but still nothing , has anyone had same issue before ?

Air filter clean? Oil level too high?

Air filter is new, i just changed oil and everything is good with level

My first thought was the seatbelt safety but I am not sure you can change gears without the seatbelt locked….just throwing out ideas.

there is no check light or any light on dash , i dont know what to do , i amnt in USA and unable to contact dealer , everyone's opinion is important

Put new spark plugs & fresh fuel in it then let us know, it's often the simple things

Does it struggle to reach 5k (if so, recommend a compression test) or does it hit 5K fairly easy then act up like hitting rev limiter? (computer or other elec issue maybe)

Video with audio could be helpful, if possible.
