I decided I wanted to keep it lower and more stable and that if could go as many places as I could go with the shorty factory tires I really didn’t need true 30’s.
It’d also be easier on clutch and the rest of the driveline with tires that are actually only 1.5” taller than the factory bighorns claim to be. The Roctanes are HEAVY too I think the tires alone are 48lbs each, while my beadlock wheels AND tires are only 51lbs total. That’s a lot of extra rotating mass that will help you snap an axle.
I think my 1000 is probably 200-300 lbs LIGHTER than my 700 and that’s intentional.
I don’t want to add the IGR I run the country roads around here getting between a few friends places that are just a couple miles away each. I think IGR slows you down to about 45-50top speed and that was one of my complaints with the 700.
If you run 32” tires your gearing will be back to stock and potentially be able to run over 60 again. I will soon be able to find out what the IGR and true 30’s will do. It may take some time to work out the gear shifting issues.
Kinda messed up that we DID find 5 more differences!Haha I was joking

I was talking about tire pressure not head pressure, HA!!!!! Really 6 PSI, I may go to 5 PSI then. I have a little bulge at 6 and more tire on the trail. OK JTW, let's here it, I know you like bulge, you've been fighting it for years, I still got a two pack, HA!!!I was at 6psi. Not 8

You have too many nuts! Nuts, bolts, they all have threads, HA!I don’t disagree with that math, and that’s a possibility for someone else(maybe @joeymt33 is going to do it?)
But for me true 32’s won’t fit without more lift, true 30’s barely do.
Besides I’ve decided those tires aren’t coming off those wheels unless I can’t fill them with air or they get ripped off. Took me about 20mins per ring to torque them. Only took me about 15mins to get them all mounted and all the bolts in.
