First post! Just bought a new 2017 Pioneer 500. Came with a free bed. Installing 14" ITP SS316 Wheels with 27" ITP mudlite XTRs next weekend and a Superwinch Terra 35. Windshield is in the mail and will be custom making the roof.

Got the tires on. No rubbing!!! Thank goodness. No Winch yet as the mounting bracket was lost in the mail.

Ejorso, What size tires? I have 28" and they will rub on the frame once and a while only in a full right turn.

I am using 4+3 14" itp ss316 rims with those tires. Actaul tire size is 27.8" when mounted(front). I have about a finger width of clearance.

Finished! Custom roof, light bar, winch and wheels/tires! Well sort of finished. I am making a dump bed and throwing away the worthless Honda bed.
Congrats on the new rig. What do you have in mind for your bed build? Can you show more pics of your custom roof, we like pictures here.

Sure here are some more pictures. I made the bed out of treated wood. Then coated it with a driveway sealer. Same as the roof. Both are super durable and strong. I could put the bolts downward but installed them upwards and too lazy to turn them around.
