@Caper how do the black water evos ride on hard pack and do they wear well on pavement.
Don’t really notice them on a gravel rd, or hard dirt, unless you putt, but on pavement you can feel them. And they probably wouldn’t wear well. But get them in some deep thick mud, they are in their glory.
There are places I go in Cape Breton, I’m glad I got them. As long as the motor will spin them, unless I’m hung up, they keep pulling .
Even my wife is impressed. Our Thanksgiving, we had about 4” of water in the bike and the SXS Sports skid was dragging along in the mud under water. That’s when she was impressed. Haha
Where I go, it’s mostly just crossing the pavement. But I do a lot on hard pack.
All good so far. Love them.

That was the first time. And hopefully the last. I will definitely get out and check the next time.
All good.
We made most of our trails to fit an atv. So there are a few places that are tight on the 500. Just pull the mirrors in. :)
In my neighbors barn in Cape Breton.

26’s . I think they are 8 ply.
She has no problem spinning them in the mud or muck. You don’t want to be right behind me.
:)
What I like, if you fall in a rut, just point them, and they will pull you out.

26 9 12 front. 26 11 12’s rear? I heard they’re good at pullin up and out of ruts.. like that idea. Was worried they might be a little heavy though

Yup.
They are great tires.
Probably no heavier than any other 8 or 10 ply.
I like the extra ply, we have shale on some trails.

My 500

Thought I wanted a 700 but after careful consideration, ended up with a 500. After 1 ride (14 miles) I am very impressed. Hoping some accessories will be in stock soon. Ordered some STI HD3 rims and hope to get some Bighorns for them soon. If anyone is close to the Four Corners are, let's go riding!

Welcome Shake, ... red goes the fastest as someone has likely told you already. Nice rig. Where did you order the STI rims from? I'm in Denver but would love to come to four corners and see where you go.

Off of a jeep.
Had to use a heat gun to bend to the couture of the P500.
