P1000 Shifting from AT/MT and Sport modes...

Do y'all shift between these modes while moving or do you stop first?

Yes. Perfectly fine. Your not "shifting" anything. Just programing changes.

Agree, the only thing that needs a full stop is High/Low/Reverse. fwiw: I try to shift into Low when I'm barely rolling to help the shift dogs align, especially when everything is cold, it works like double clutching a transmission without syncros.
