Rainbow popped out on the way out, missed out on what looked like a large Osprey circling across it just before this shot.

Shots from yesterday's rain shortened ride. Normally, this time of year in AZ, rain isn't a big deal...but it was actually chilly yesterday, so rain would've made it quite uncomfortable.
I also forgot my heavy jacket, ice in my cooler, And my 2nd cell phone I use for GPS and pics, so these are from my POS a10e.

Stay at home? Ha! Literally had to drive a few miles up the trail to find a spot to stage. Jam packed!

A better picture of The rock structure I posted earlier. Looks like someone took the ladybug rock...

From across the wash: Spy the 500, and the structure is to the left of it, behind the trees...

Today the boys reminded me that this trail used to be covered in ice, even in our mild winter. Tried to get a before and after picture....

This was the end of the trail yesterday. Just the local dumpy powerline trails, but this one leads to a nice little fishing hole. When it isn't flooded/iced over that is. View attachment 169701

Found this mine yesterday. Dropped a few rocks in, and it took maybe 3-4 to hit bottom. Then I heard a tumble and the distinct sound of water chugging...

Straight down too. No slope at all. Look in the left corner of the pic, and you can see that this was on a peak above the desert floor.

I've never been but its definitely on my list. My buddy is relocating from Atlanta to Denver for work and im going to seize the opportunity and go visit/ride out there
