SLOWPOKE - if this is a highjack, I'll remove it - I posted here because of the pre-filter title.

And now the questions for HUCK. I'll start with 'I really like Bob's snorkel idea and have shared the photos of my copy 'over and over' because it's a great solution.
1. What's the part marked with a ? - that's not a Teryx tube, the bend is too sharp?
2. Since this is a constantly evolving idea - using one bend of the Teryx tube, I was able to come straight up through the body panel. If you did that, you wouldn't need the ? bend, you could use the lower rubber joint to lean the tube straight to the hole in the back window.
3. What back window is that? I want one and it would be great to know that it's 'cutable'.
4. I like that filter location. 👍

I'm sorry I can't tell you what the ? pipe is , it was just some of HondBobs stuff . As I said , we first ran it up and put the uni high {just under the roof) outside the back window . When I decided where it had to go , Bob and I just got-r-done . Easiest way was to turn the pipe and hook up from there . Bob has probably snorkeled 30 SXSs (20 have been his) so we discussed it and BAM there it is . The back window is SuperATVs dark tint . Shoot I have a video of HB cutting the back window but I can't find it .

I went with a little different setup. Wanted to keep it in cab without going through window and keep it as factory “looking” as possible. I may trim down the pipe in cab but left it long for now.

Since you removed the goofy air intake chamber and have the filter inside the cab, have you had any noise problems? 🤔 My single cylinder 650 dual sport was obnoxious with the air box cover removed (under the side number plate).

There is a noteable change tgat I can hear but have not been able to test yet

Small test it has a bit of a deeper tone in the cab when really into the fun button but when cruising it is the same.
