P500 Snorkel filter

I run gravel roads a lot. I have a 2" pvc snorkel and still get a pretty dirty filter often. I wonder if I'll be OK to put another filter on snorkel intake. Something like a Universal Clamp-On Air Filter. Would this constrict to much air flow?

Look up APOLO Universal Filter Kit ( K&N FILTER )
Air fliter Aadapters to 2in. PVC &can be found at local auto parts store.
I have used this on several Honda Pioneer.
The air inlet location for CLEANEST Air on Honda P500 & P700 is just below rooftop facing the rear & close to either side door top.
Air flowing over the top & along side -- ( helps keep bad air out of the air intake? ) -- a lot less air filter Maintenance.

Only needs cleaning 1 or 2 times a year. ( take OEM filter out or run Both ).

I use this Outerwears material stuff on another machine to shed water off exposed vent intakes during washing. Just found this.
