I've got a couple buddies with that 8" lift on top of 8" portals and 44"+ that are killing it in the bounty holes. I've been pretty impressed. Just go easy in reverse. The Talon sub-trans doesn't really like big tires in reverse in deep mud.

Pretty sure the 8" portals are a 60% gear reduction....

I’ll admit for a really jacked up Talon that does look damn good. Better then the PoPos I’ve seen for sure. I can see where some areas it’d be useful but it would be totally stuck to the fire roads around here for about every possible reason.

Tons of YouTube. They're not bad when you bypass that I4wd. They're not going to beat a built up Popo Turbo or an X3 in those big bounty holes, but they compete! We took one down to Texas a month or so ago for a bounty hole.
