I use a single 3500# alum. 6x12 for mine and never had a problem. plenty of room for sxs and extra gear. had to have something I could move by myself so at 545# it fit the bill. keep good tires and maintain bearings. I also don't do any long distance to speak of.View attachment 321231
I also have a 6 X12 single axle weberlane and my 700 two seater with track fits perfectly but a friend of mine has a 4 seater 1000 and needer to go to a 14' to get it on with tracks. His vehicle is maxed out for towing it though.

Does he drive a mid sized vehicle? My 1/2ton maxes out at 8800lbs, my 14ft dump trailer weights 3k lbs, my 1000-5 is under 2k, so lets say it’s 5k lbs, that leaves me 3k lbs for everything else, do tracks seriously double the weight of the honda? Now I could see your trailer running out of capacity before your tow vehicle, I have tandem 5k axles.

Now I mainly tow my 1000-5 on my aluminum 6x12 single axle trailer with 3500lb axle with a capacity of just over 2700lbs, that means after I add my 1000-5 i still have around 1000lbs of capacity.

Went light weight. I pull my P1000-5 with a Honda mini van.

Thanks for all the info. Ended up buying a Texas Bragg 12’ heavy duty single axle trailer for my ride. so far so good
I've got a Bragg 18 foot tandem w/brakes thats been to TENN three times, NM & CO and several trips around AR countless trips, I wouldn't be afraid to pull it any where.
