Welcome to the club.
Sucks to sink it. The thing is a pig to pull out.
So, is it fine now?
This is common until you get all the water out of the system.
How is the fuel? Was the seat under? have you extended the vent tubes?
How was the oil? if contaminated, you need to change the oil more than once.

Winch was good easy pull,no milky oil yes water was up to dash, clean computer dryed added dielectric grease ,it's good after runs for few but at first like said it spudders, new to the whole sxs thing. Have Suzuki eiger been deeper never had this problem with it.thats why I was asking if anything else I need to do Thanks for replies

Yes,
The fuel has water in it. you need to pump it out.
The vent is under the seat. When it goes under it sucks in water as fast as it can.
This is also a common issue that we all recommend as the #1 modification if you drive in any mud/water.
