Coming into Great Falls Montana. Believe it or not this two lane is 75mph. Crazy.
Haven't seen a cop yet sure nice back up to 80 and not freeway traffic. Still feels like the country.
Btw I like the engine braking on this Truck it's seemless but caught me off guard first time kinda like the Pioneer.

I remember driving through Montana - there were stretches of road where the radio would not even pick up static - you hit scan and it just kept on going ..

Love the scenery in western Montana! After that gets flat fast! But then you enter western North Dakota and you think...hhmmm I thought ND was flat and you drive for a while and then it lives up to its reputation! ND speed limit 70 mph

My experience is Kansas city is i real crap hole. I'd fill up before you have to there! Plus you may get on some turnpikes/toll roads have cash ready. Although they probably take cards can't remember.

I don't think there's any toll roads on the route they're coming south on. Looks like about the same way I drove back and forth when I was working up there.

No tolls and minimal construction. Tried to stay away from big cities. It's bit further but no bulls***
