Honda has you cutting a 3rd hole for the horn. Still leaving the switch hole in question open.

I heard there was a green Talon in there shop ,you were 1st that came to mind .Good guys do nice work I ride with them some up here.Shop is like 8 miles from house.

I have the winch install kit and it doesn't come with a switch and I talked to the Honda tech at my dealer and he has already installed one and he said it didn't come with a switch.

Again all an assumption here, but I'm guessing it's like the P1K and P700 kit which only comes with the wired remote. There might not be a rocker switch.

The kit only comes with the wired remote and doesn't have any connection for a switch, Honda tech said it only works with the Key on . He also said that he drills a hole in the inside of the glove box on the side.

I used a KFI switch and grafted it into the remote harness. Green to green, black to black, red(KFI) to white. The KFI white goes to ground for the light. Works fine, I didn't like having to fiddle with the remote. I mounted the switch in the switch plate so the passenger could reach it.

It is, I just cut the wire to the right length. I had to de-pin the connector that came with the switch so I could thread it though the round hole for the winch remote. So my final harness had the winch remote and the KFI connector both going to the three pin connector that plugs into the sub-harness. I soldered the whole thing up outside of the machine. Works well.
