I have seen 5 rack and pinions go out. 2 the cases split and cracked and 3 the rack gears strip. Granted most are highly modified and higher mileage that have been beat on. But i would stay stock tie rods as well...better for a 20 dollar part to be the weak link that a 300 dollar steering rack.

How do you like that bed extender? It is on my list
I’m really liking it so far, built like a tank, easy to put together, folds up nice and very secure when extended. Now mind you I only installed it yesterday, so I’ll need much more time to really determine what I think but I feel you would like it, price sucks.

Welcome from Mississippi and regardless of what others say, White is the fastest! Great pics!

Mine was red from the factory but I wanted white so the dealer ordered white plastics and changed mine out. However I was told the ecu on the red ones make the reds faster, so I’ve got the best of both worlds.

Ordered the Seizmik doors, more I thought about it in cold weather it’ll probably mainly be myself, the dog and or my girlfriend, no need to worry about the back seats in winter. What I like about them was they open and close like a normal door and look to integrate nicely with the factory Honda fabric mid panel. I contacted CEC and they wouldn’t make me a set of just side doors, had to have the rear cover as well for $690, the other option was order their P1k-3 setup for over $500 and not be able to use my Honda mid panel again and i don’t think their rear window can be rolled up plus all their doors are closed with zippers.

So now I should be able to leave the doors and mid panel on year round as the seizmik door also allow for the window to be rolled up like the Honda mid panel. I ordered the doors from Off-road Armor for $499 shipped.

Yeah, same here, I had the Honda fabric doors on my 700-4, kinda disappointed, maybe Seizmik does better?

I thought I'd read where the Seizmik doors wouldn't work with the SATV windshield without some "ingenuity" involved. Curious to see how they mount up for you.

Yeah it was hard to tell because one guy was talking about the Honda flip and another the SATV when talking about it to each other from what I could tell but I’m ok with having to make improvements. Anything can be made to work.

I looked at @Eltobgi install and his issues looked to be with the Honda windshield. In looking at his install pics it looks like the SATV shouldn’t be to difficult to get to work.

Did a little work over lunch, one positive of COVID, working from home making it easy to go and get some stuff done in the shop.

Was able to get 3 put together.

I love that dewalt inflator, can air up my truck tires easy and was perfect for this job, just set your desired psi and press play, then walk away and start working on something else, like getting the next tire over the rim.

For the price, if you already have a ton of dewalt batteries I can’t recommend this enough.

I'm interested in the wheels/tires. I'm in Idaho if that helps. Love the white...going to switch to that panel color down the road (mine is blue now). Let me know if you're interested in selling me the wheels/tires. Thanks.
