Finished up the wheels and tires and then did a mandatory upgrade that no one will see, extended all the vent lines.

Now I’m waiting on more deliveries. Think next up will be the rear a-arms then once I get the new ball joints I’ll do the front.

SATV frame stiffener arrived today as well but waiting to install that for when I have the front end apart.

Thanks! Do you ride Tuttle creek at all? Currently you are second in line but I’ll keep you updated.

So @EMAW is picking up my factory wheels and tires Sunday, decide to go ahead and take them off.

Looks a little different now.

The Maxxis Rampage isn’t measuring 30”. This is at 12psi, not sure if I want to make them grow and increase the psi to 20 for a few days. Currently they just barely touch at full lock, once I install the SATV arms I should have goos clearance as they are.

It’s ok, quality is there just seem a tad small, I feel it could of been a hair bigger all the way around.

Thanks for your info, really appreciated, for sure. I’m trying to find something to cover the holes as they just let a lot of air flow in the cab. The RAD and the one that Montana (from sxs club)sells are nice but just not sold on the rubber (seems like it will distort quickly). I was hoping someone would make something that would tighten up the lever so it’s a little more direct while shifting.

P.S. great build

Installed the SATV rear a-arms today and 1” rear spacers. Found 6 bolts on the rear of the ROPS completely loose and 2 nuts missing. Called my dealer and he had me send pictures, he wants the unit back so they can go over it and make sure there are no other issues, he was really cool about it. Hopefully that’s all the factory forgot about.

Man that’s crazy, I just found several push pins broke off under my drivers seat compartment, a couple of screws/bolts missing in the same compartment and a bolt missing on a heat shield right under front front seat. Mine’s only a little over a month old. Honda’s QC at the plant is slacking!

Well, I was checking my sub transmission oil and what do you know, it was about 1/4” above the fill mark and look what else I found....3 more missing clips!!!!! This is ridiculous Honda!!!!! I wonder what else I’m going to find wrong with my less than 2 month old unit!!!!!Ac652e6709de7d9551c3984b251a3f68 H

Look what just arrived!! Wish I had a week off work and could just work on this all day. There are 5, figured just get the spare now.

I did the full spare wheel/tire. I haven't needed it one time in 4 years and about 6000 miles. I hope you have the same luck. Pretty cheap insurance I say.

Great looking build!

I didn’t complain too much, I went and picked up some lock nuts and tightened everything up. I asked the dealer how long until they would look at it if I drop it off, he said within a day. So I’ll drop it off on Tues and give them a few days to look it over.

I do want to change out the front a-arms before I do but not sure I’ll have the time. I’m not upset about it and not overly worried, crap happens, I’m just glad adding all my stuff has me looking over most of the machine.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, hopefully not needed but good to have. Have you rotated your spare in or just let it sit?
