Hey everyone I am new to the forum so please take this down if it's not allowed. I have had many people tell me to join this forum because noone over here is familiar with me or my lifts.

My name is Jared Doster and I am the owner of Texas Tough Customs and we specialize in building lifts for the Pioneer 1000. We have both a 3" kit as well as a premium 6" longtravel kit. Both kits provide maximum ground clearance and move the front wheels forward 3" (4" on the 6" kit) and the rear wheels back 2.5" (3.5" on the 6" kit) to allow for larger tires. We have taken a different approach to the design of our arms that provides more versatility and strength. For ball joints, we use automotive grade 1 Ton truck tie rod ends that screw in. This allows you to easily change one trail side if you do end up breaking one. Our kits are built for abuse and come complete with HD tie rods, ball joints, and bushings. For more information, pics, and pricing visit my website below. Also dont hesitate to give me a call anytime. I would love an opportunity to earn your business.

Did you buy a no lift suspension?

Yes I bought the front set of a-arms with no lift to replace my SATV a-arms (if I go any higher it won't fit in my garage, I already rub). I am really happy with his tie rods, with the new a-arms it should stop the rubbing that I am having with my tires at lock and full compression. I order just the plain steel a-arms with no powder coat I will take care of that stuff.

Got these in mail today, no lift just extended forward. I will be painting and installing them this week, I think that this is the first set with no lift.IMG 5311IMG 5310

As much as I like the forward offset it was the rear offset that really sold me on TTC. To me it looks way better to the rear and keeps tires from scrubbing

I have a rubbing issue on the front because of my squared off tire tread that I am hopping these will fix.

You would need to call the company and ask. I paid $700 for the fronts shipped to me in bare steel. I can say that they are beefy, I will be replacing my SATV front a-arm with these but keeping the rear SATV ones. These move the wheel forward 3.5” where the SATV is only 1.5”.

The rhino 2.0 axles work with that much of a offset?

I am currently running to the right rhino 1.0 axles on the front and will have the a-arms installed this week. I don’t see there being a problem but I will report back this weekend.

And running 38’s 😎

No rubbing issues (true 38")? Are your shocks stock height? I can't wait to get mine installed and fix my rubbing issue, I hope it is gone under full compression and lock. I am running 814 shocks (1.5" of lift) and 4" portals with my tires measuring 34.5"
