Got my new Jerry cans today and mounted them on my box
Now I can ride all day without having to go back to civilization. It took a little finagling to make the mounts but they don't seem to take up much space

I love jerry cans but will probably go with a couple of 3-gallon Rotopax due to weight. YOur set-up looks freakin' awesome, though!

Whoa.... beauty cans nice I like, nice smooth box too! Looks like box snaps on, does it grip well and where did you get it from? Are the rack locks from Honda? I’m thinking you just unsnap the box and it lifts off painlessly?

I’ve got a Job Rite plastic tray that fits on the whole rack that works great for work gear like 70 cc chainsaw, with 28” bar, water fire fighting can, fire tools and other work gear. But it would be nice to have the ability to just unsnap the tray and snap on a box to carry other stuff.

Thanks for sharing pix

The box is a trailer tongue box from tractor supply fits nicely within the rack
I mounted it with Honda tool-less clamps for easy removal I've also got the cargo tray and can switch them out in no time
I got the clamps at my local honda dealer I think they were about 13.00 each

25.00 per Jerry can versus 65 or 70.00 for rotopax swayed me I figured that's a couple of rides I can take and still be ahead
Where did you find decent jerry cans for only $25??

Nevermind, found them on Sportsmans guide 2.5 gallon. Tempting...

Really good idea thanks for sharing, looks top drawer. I had to order my tool-less clamps from lower 48th as they wanted $22.50 (per each) here in Canuck land so I could build my cab and windshield, back in 2015. Iirc landed to my door was $13.00 CDN all in from Eastern USA. They work great too, thinking I might order more only for the rear rack, so I can clamp on my Job Rite tub tray, for now.
Thanks again,
j
