Who made/makes the soft top that has elastic banding stretching it to the ROPS? Was this a 1-off?
Any options I'm missing?

Go to a welding shop see what they charge to make a metal top cheaper than you think and will last longer.

I don’t use the fiberglass poles with it so I get some flapping When it’s windy!

Spend 200 bucks on a sheet of 1/8" aluminum. Enough to make 2 roofs.
