Hi guys, thanks for having me. traded in the Ruby on the pioneer and I am wondering if my new sxs will fit on my old (new) trailer. I know they say 50" and that's what my trailer is. However after measuring it is actually 49 and 3/4 Does anybody know what the width is from outside tire to outside tire. I Have to travel 50+ miles to pick it up and it's a big pain to widen the trailer. Thanks

Lube might be the answer, or cut sides off, big hammer or borrow truck, I have a Ranger. Seriously is the 50" measure at the tires or body. Guess I could drive it home.

Thanks again guys, but if somebody actually has a 520 and can actually measure the widest point on the machine I will buy the beer next time you're up this way.

Have one, but its widened. I'm almost certain the widest point is the cage at 50" and that the tires are actually less than that. sorry, I can't give you a definitive answer.

Thanks for the reply, that is what I was hoping for. My sides are below the cage and only 10" High. I will probably borrow a trailer to get it home unless I can find one to measure first. Now to plan my build!

Once upon time I had a similar problem with the available trailer and a 2011 Teryx. My solution was a few 2x6 boards. I basically drove the Teryx up on boards installed lengthwise in the trailer, lifting it above the sides. I towed it to Gunsite@Paulden, AZ from my home. I'm think near 700 miles one way. It hung off the back also so did some more constructive tying down.

Let us know what you worked out.

Uhaul has open trailers but not sure how wide they are, that might be a way to go, also call your dealer and hah them get the specs for you... or shoot the wad and get yourself a new/new to you trailer you know it will fit on...
