I was wondering how yall were preparing you thanksgiving turkeys. I'm going to smoke this one, and then fry one next week when our son gets home. I injected it with garlic and herb marinade, rubbed it down with olive oil, then seasoned it with Slap Ya Mama and roasted garlic and beer seasonings. A Cajun smoked bird.
