That is so typical of Commifornia. Even if they require harnesses to be installed, whose to say they will be worn. I don't guess they considered over 700 horsepower in a 3500 pound car with an inexperienced driver might be the problem. That car could be fixed,especially if he paid 400,000.00 for it.

I had a 64 Savoy, 572 crossram Hemi with a 4 speed. Fun car but totally nasty on the street. Sold it and bought a Dodge Demon.

I think the first one was a '65. I never had a savoy but a 65 Coronet then a 67 Coronet.
