I think if it's street legal, it's street legal. I can't see how one state can dispute another states plate. Here's the Utah law.

I believe that there is a Federal reciprocity law that requires state to accept vehicles that are legally currently licensed in another state.

I have run into this in Florida with our Pioneer registered in South Dakota. Most cops no problem. Had one local LEO challenge us and we called his bluff and he backed down on giving us a citation.

You should it looks so much better. I bought a 50.00 kit off eBay and added the 30.00 converter plus some other tid bits. Got little over 100 invested. Those tiny leds are friggin dangerous.

Im swapping my medium speed for a class 1. No speed limit limitations as long as it's not a state highway. That gives me pretty much unlimited access to my area. These things are a blast driving around town.

I've looked but can't find any info on a class 1 license in TN. Do you have any info on that? I've got all my turn signals, mirrors, and everything and I'm about to register it but want to make sure there's not a better option before I do.

Just finishing up making the Pioneer Utah street legal. Still need mirrors, but it's essentially done. It is homegrown and was not from any kit. I researched and cobbled together the parts, wired and loomed to where it looks pretty much as original as possible. It was a lot of fun but I had many hours in it making it super clean.

I just want to go mostly anywhere unrestricted...

I did mine with a 3 way toggle on the dash and 2 LEDs for indicator lights. I like how clean your setup is. Can't find a good dash pic, but you can see the indicator down by the steering wheel.

I gotta either move my indicators or cover them with masking tape. They are white and extremely bright. At night they'll blind you lol.

I tried the playing the dumb card once up here and the park ranger that pulled me over wasn't laughing. Since I also didn't have my drivers liscense with me, he said he could take me to jail. I was shocked. I mean I just rode down to the swimming hole to let my Chocolate Lab take a dip. Jeez!
Now I purposely apply a little pressure on the Skinny pedal when I go by a park ranger in my legal on road UTV. Life is good. UTV's are awesome back road machines.

If you were in a sanctuary state, you would've had no problem with the ranger. There is no way he can tell you ANYTHING...you have your RIGHTS!!

They have examples of all available tags on the wall inside the clerks office in town here. She didn't know anything about it except it was on the wall. That's when she broke her book out. Lol. I wish it was $10 like mention in previous posts cause it's $51 now

My med speed was 14 last year. It was 20 something this time. Everything went up.

I'm glad were able to ride on the Tennessee roads legally. I hate starting up my Ram 3500 CTD Mega cab Dually just to go fuel up my gas cans, or run down to the supermarket. Its awesome.
