Moved my front brake lines so they wouldn't get pinched between the a arm and the tie rod. I'll be keeping a close watch on them to make sure there is no issues but looks like it should work

Got some stuff done today. New air filter, @trigger shield, and under seat fan. I used the same fan and made a similar mount that @bumperm used on his. Going to ride tomorrow so we'll see how the heat is now.

Trigger shield was easy install but defintely helped to have an extra person to help hold the seat back in position.

I didnt check the mileage but I think there is around1500 miles on machine now. This is original air filter

Well we had a good ride today. The fan and trigger shield were awesome. The trigger shield stopped most of the heat and the fan took care of the rest. Defintely good additions. 30 minutes into the ride my wife said Hey! My butts not hot! After about 6 hours she said she was glad I put those on. Makes it much more enjoyable on hot days.
The Fox shocks were awesome. I could definitely tell a difference in the ride.

Random guy in a Talon got stuck in the creek. He was buried down pretty good and trying to drive in high range. He said it was his 2nd time out. I had to explain to him how the high and low works and that he was gonna burn up the clutches trying to stay in high gear while bogged down. We winched him out.

Glad to hear you're happy with it WT. And the wives usually are the ones to point out the subtle things that we tend to ignore. Let me know what you think about the noise reduction or lack there of? Someone posted, I think @Shelly , that they didn't notice any help with the noise. It helps in the P5 for sure but not really noticeable unless taken out. 👍

Not sure about the noise but it's gotta help. To me the 1000's are pretty quiet compared to other machines (pioneer 700 and KRX come to mind)

Haven't done much to the pioneer recently but getting it ready to go to WV in less than 2 weeks. Did add some wheel spacers from @RB3offroad. 1.5" on rear and 1" on the front. I'll say they are very nice. Also added some tie down points in the bed. WT Jr helped me check on deer stands last weekend. He loves riding in it

how did the ride go?? still like those RB3 spacers??
WV trip was great. I'm glad I got the spacers. I like the look of the wider stance better and it's more stable. I started to go with cheap China made spacers cause of price but that's a pretty important part. Didn't want to go off the side of the mountain if the spacers failed. RB3 are more expensive but worth it. I'd defintely buy again.

Took the muffler and exhaust pipe off today. Pipe broke at the flange where it bolts to the engine

Got a few goodies installed today. Thanks @RB3offroad. Grab bar looks really nice and well built. The wife will appreciate having that. Wish I would have got the door bushings a long time ago. Easy install and no more door rattle.

I'm currently rounding up all the parts to upgrade both front upper a arm mounts. The bolt holes in the mounts have started to become oval shaped. Lots of clunking going on. Plan is to get them beefed up before it becomes a catastrophe.
