Finally got some time to work on the front a arms. I did the passenger side a few months ago and worked on the driver side today. Also installed the updated tie rods on both sides since i bent the old style on passenger side a while back.

I replaced the upper a arm bolts with 12mm bolts that I believe @ToddACimer put on his rig. Got the bushing kit from @RB3offroad and everything fit very well. I welded in some weld washers on the a arm tabs that @Neohio hooked me up with. Everything is nice and tight again. Thanks to all of you that helped me out with this project.

Front inner fender well protection

Added the updated style from Honda today. My dad put them on while I was working on a arm tabs and changing engine oil. I think they look great and feel like they will keep sticks from coming into the cab. Put one self tapping screw with large fender washer on each side on the bottom. The pic shows the one on the driver side bottom. Passenger side is in same location. Also we had to leave out one of the bolts for the mud buster fenders on each side. Should not be a big deal though.
@TripleB I think you mentioned somewhere about wanting to do this. I think you should if you haven't already. For a little over a $100 from ron ayers I think it's a big improvement.

Yea. I put some black silicone along the top edge to hopefully prevent a lot of dirt from getting behind it also

Forgot that it was you that figured out these would work on the pre 2022 machines. Thanks for the info!

The 12mm upper bolts looks good and I have abused it for over a year without issue. The inner fenders look great. I need that

@ODAMO came up with the idea I was the guinea pig and the idiot that ran a stick through the floor board and almost hurt his daughter. We still need to know from any 22 or newer owners if any of them have had a stick come through fender well. I think this will work as well. I pasted the parts list
