For the record, Cody is no longer at Walker Evans Racing but Chris and or Jeff D can help you with your Pioneer needs.

Hey @Ca51flatty,
Welcome to the club!
Whats the timeline on the Pioneer 1000 shock replacements?

We are getting ready to go into production now, just finalizing rear shock reservoir placement so it makes for an easy install. We already have back orders for the P1k so we are working hard to get this done in a timely manner.

Or in Alabama! How does it handle my heavy cumbersome rig?

Very interested - are the shocks set up per individual machine or just a standard set with user adjustments? I ask because I have a bumper and winch on the front that probably add 85 pounds or so.

Thanks,

Waylan

Same here, might need a bit stiffer spring.

Hi guys. Hope its ok to continue this thread a bit since product testing.

We went riding on the Blue Ox trail yesterday which is old rail bed with many textures and G-outs.
I was bottoming sooooo hard at 25-30 mph, So hard! It sound like my frame ran into a swinging sledgehammer! I had to stop to see if if I had damage.:(

My question is this: Will it work to install just the front Walker Evans or will it it make the machine sit high in front?

It will be fine.. The WE really didn't add noticeable height.

But be warned...
Once you buy the fronts. You will be buying the rears shortly after.
These things totally make it a new machine.

Thanks Hondasxs,
Yesterday was 80 degrees up here in North Central MN and I think my shocks heated up because along with botoming it felt like their was little dampening even over chatter bumps. Mark my words them stock shocks are history asap. :)
