Well I feel nervous now that I might not have got the right tires. I ordered the Sedona rockabilly's in 28x10x14 last week but didn't even think about looking at the load rating which only says 536lbs on those tires...you know what they say about "assume"! This is the first sxs for me and didn't know there was that kind of difference in the tires. Do you guys think I will ok?
I think youll be fine sir

Swamplites are gonna wear quick on this heavy of machine if you hit much blacktop. I went with 28" Tensor Regulators....DOT and radial both.
Hi @rubicon05
Do you have any pics of the Regulators on you machine? Also, what rims did you use.

The Motoclaws are radial 8 ply tires and DOT approved.

My vote would be these over the swamp lites, they may be a little more expensive but they will last longer in my opinion on a side by side.

Ive been eyeballing these for an upgrade, but I want 28's as well and have yet to find them. Might be googling wrong. But all I find are 27's or 30's. Did you find them in 28 somewhere?

Yeah, in 15's. Is that something folks are running? Seemed like a lot of 14's on this site and 15's were more Can Am. New here, thank you for the link, and the mini hijack.
Not a problem, I've seen several different run 15 inch wheels, but there isn't a whole lot out there. I personally would run a 15 wheel on a 30 inch tire, but you don't see that combination often.

sadly enough I've only had them in my garage:).....i'm still waiting for a few more parts to come in before I take it out and get it dirty. It's so much easier to work on when it's clean.....or that's what I keep telling myself.
I do know a few guys that run them and love them. I had 27" Interco SSRs on my T4 and they were too slick in the slop. Awesome tires for hard pack/rocks/pavement, but just too slick for muddy conditions. These should be damn near perfect!

I work for a wholesale distributor of aftermarket auto parts....so I bought them direct. Any local truck and/or utv shop could have access t o them though. and of course you could buy online as well, but I like to touch/feel before I buy this type of purchase.

I went with 10" wide all the way around so I can rotate them. So I lost an inch in the back but gained it in the front. I really can't tell there's much difference from 11" to 10".

I have Swamp lites on my Foreman and love them. Much better than the mud lites I had before them. Around here we have mud and rocks and they handle it very well. Also smooth on the road as I have about 2 miles to travel from unload area to the mtn trails. Took it to Royal Blue and ran them through some serious mud. When the Bighorns wear out, I'll definitely consider them for my 1000.
