Yeah, with a tad of cinnamon on it. My be the best tasting thing in the picture, besides the steaks.

Since you’re not a pineapple fan.. grill some peeled peaches brush them with a mixture of melted butter and brown sugar. Eat them plain or personal favorite with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Throw a dozen raw eggs on an unused shelf for 75mins or so.
Soak em after 75 minutes and peel. Smoked eggs are fantastic.

whatever temp you are running. put a few extra in and pull/peel after an hour to check doneness.

Usually when I smoke, it is right around 225 no matter what.
