Looking mighty tasty. My master built cabinet smoker s*** the bed awhile back and I have been jonesing for smoke chicken quarters. Broke down and bought the RecTeq RT1250 black Friday sale should be here next week. Major upgrade in smoker...
Just over 13 lbs of pork butt on the Pit Boss tonight. Started it at about 2pm. Just wrapped them in butcher paper for the night. The should be ready to come off in the morning and rest til lunch.

This is your reminder to clean your smoker out.
Mine went cold at 2am last time. Burn chamber was full of old. Luckily, I had a wifi monitor on it, and I was able to get it removed without burning myself.
Otherwise we would have been ordering bbq.
