I know the feeling. Been in your shoes before. I put 3300 happy miles on a 2016 Honda Rancher. I saw it recently, it was strange. When I sat on it and fingered the controls it was like it spoke to me.

Easy fella, you asked me if I spoke Spanish and I said a little. Please, no hard feelings buddy!!
Of course not! I'm just having fun with you, amigo. In Spanish, "pequeno" means small/little referring to SIZE. "Poquito" is the word used for "a little" referring to QUANTITY, as in how much Spanish you might speak. In other words, you answered my question. Haha! And now...no hard feelings, right? :)

I just ordered two of those ROPS clamps (that hold the OEM roof on). I'm going to attach a RAM mount to it and position cameras around the machine. Firm attachment and quick-detachable.

I'll find a better camera than my old dash cam!

See, now I can envision a whole bunch of potential applications for this. Looks good!
Where did you order the mounts from?

- 40 here this morning when I got up, so sadly didn't do much "with" my P500 today, but it's the sort of weather that inspires me to be doing more "to" it before the riding weather returns.

EDIT: Found them ( I think) in another thread: Honda 08R70-HL3-A00 - Best Price on Honda CAM LOCK Parts at BikeBandit.com

Yes. That's the Honda camlock with a Ram mount base glued and screwed on to it.

Went for a nice ride in the Saint John NB watershed today. Great day for a ride! Got stopped by the police who were also out for a ride... we were all legal and they were very polite. The dam is at the end of 7 mile lake.

Lucky. On the west coast atvs are strictly prohibited from watersheds. Something about degrading the water quality. New Brunswick is WAY more atv-friendly than British Columbia... at least on Vancouver Island, where the logging companies exclude the public... from public lands :(

There are seemingly unlimited logging roads here that we can drive on. They're just not all on the maps so it's possible to get lost... :) Plus, some of the towns and villages now allow ATV's to use the main roads to get to gas stations and restaurants. It's getting better here!

I had a ballistic nylon cover made for my little Stihl chainsaw. It gets filthy riding on the machine and the orange plastic hard case from Stihl is too f'ing huge to contemplate carrying.

You can get these things on Amazon i guess but this is a custom fit.

I asked him to put a pouch inside for the wrench. C$30. Awesome.
