Just had the best time, on day 3 of 520 ownership (so forgive me). It was raining most of the day and cold for Louisiana, about 35 degree's. I needed a break from the office and the rain had stopped for an hour or two. So my 10 year old daughter and I took it out for a run, and boy are the trails an entire level more fun when they are wet and w/puddles. We had a nice huge road side mud puddle/trench as well we plowed through a few times! These things are little monsters. She still has a smile on her face an hour later.

Sounds like dad had a pretty good time too and that's what it's all about man. They are little monsters out of the box. Throw a couple grand more into it and it becomes a beast. Welcome to the addiction.

She just got her own little Polaris outlaw 110, but since we got the pioneer all she wants to do is ride in the sxs, lol.

One of my daughters came over the day we got home from our vacation when we picked up the P520. She immediately wanted to go on a booze cruise. Funny how toys affect you no matter how old you are.

Looks like a lot of fun. Think I’m going to put a blade on mine before next winter, we don’t get much snow but it would be fun.

None that are marketed for the p52 that I am aware of. I have intentions of one day replacing the hydraulic strut with an electronic actuator but its way down on my list of priorities.

Today it was cutting down trees, and building some trails on my property. Used the winch for the first time, not because i was stuck, but wanted to tug out a small tree with a lot of vines. I've never had a winch before. Should have read some instructions first.....Didn't realize there was a clutch. Needless to say, currently my cable is in the bed. I'll need to re wind it.

I’d like to tell you that you won’t try to push the winch in button again without turning the clutch back in but you probably will. I’ve seen it happen too many times to not think that. Lol.

If you don’t already have one, have you seen the $20 wireless winch remotes? Handy for such tree dragging chores and also allows you to hold the end of cable some distance away to for tension while respooling. Installed 4 years ago and no problems.

Had noticed a few factory holes in the frame of the box on the 520 I wanted to try and mount a reverse light to. Got a 20 dollar 14" single row led light bar from Amazon. Took some measurements when I got the light and designed some custom brackets in fusion 360 and printed them on my 3d printer. Everything fit better than expected and it looks like it came from the factory. Seems rock solid so far. Did a little riding with my crew after install.
