P1000m5 What did you do with your Pioneer 1000 today?

Up early this morning, took the Secret Squirrel squirrel hunting. No luck, most of the leaves still on the trees, had one barking at me but never saw him.

Then the Squirrel and I dropped by a wheeler-dealer friends house and bought some Morgans.

On the way home we drove through my small pasture and picked some yellow flowers together. Me & the Squirrel are close like that.

Well put about 75 miles on it today testing out several new tunes and fully testing the suspension. BKT’s are little rougher than I am used to on hard pack at low speeds but they smooth out good after about 10-12mph. I’ve been trying to find best way to secure my brake lines as I didn’t really want to just zip tie them. Well I should have zip tied them 😂 Smelled odd smell so pulled over and checked each wheel and passenger rear was on fire from brake line being too close to exhaust 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ No damage other than brake line so easy fix. I deleted some tunes I didn’t like on PV3 and now have 12 tunes and I can honestly tell a difference in each.

checked and tightened any bolt i could get a socket/wrench on to this morning.i was originally just going to retorque my shocks after the upgrade and got carried away and did every one i could get at without pulling off the skidplate.my rops bolts on the drivers side were quite loose.now i'm off to town for my annual flu shot.

today i get to move my fire pit wood pile into the workshop for the wood heater.i've been firing it in the morning and running the electric overnight.should only take 4/5 trips with the pioneer.last time my boys were up here they went a little crazy splitting wood and did enough to last 2 seasons. 🤣

A friend did his this way. I probably will to if the time comes i need to upgrade to some different brake lines.

Can’t open attachment. I have them zip tied for now but have some nice little clamps to install when I have more time. Don’t want to get in hurry drilling my new arms

Your right on that one. It was hot today. I live in Winfield and hunt the MXP ROW off 35. Also have property out in Jackson county. Gonna be 81 tomorrow. I’m riding the hog to the office in Charleston. 😉

Called off work trying to go for one last ride, ended in disaster. Missed the log hanging out. ripped Windshield half off and came through and torn my wife up pretty bad . I feel horrible her arm and side of her face are torn up , eye swollen shut. Scary sometimes what a spilt second mistake does.
