I read a few pages in the book to learn the features of the vehicle instrument cluster. This lead me to the discovery that this instrument cluster has a secret countdown meter to maintenance milestones. ...now if I only had a service manual to know how to adjust the valves.

The drill for the valves is only to listen to them. If it ain't clattering, it's good.

Those look good did you order 2 or 3? Any thoughts on tire clearance? Mine definitely rub less. Looks like you had issues with the brake line getting pinched at the bolt/clamp near the lower shock mount too

Only 2. Keeping originals for spares.
Didn't have much rub issues, i have only run 28s.
Did this for mostly for strength.

any more pics you can share of that trailer? inside and out... been lookin for a new trailer, after upgrading from my Yamaha Rhino to Pioneer last year. Honda too tall for my enclosed snowmobile trailer. Used to load Rhino, with two atvs behind it. Cant decide on which trailer to get, but leaning toward a 22' x 8.5' wide x 7 or 7.5' tall. But not many options here (Idaho).

Broke a CV joint by being a little to aggressive. My grandson thought it was great until he had to get out and hook up the winch with hundreds of horse flies and swarms of mosquitoes.

Just read (past tense!) through this whole thread and WHAT A GREAT continuing story of these machines!! Since joining, I've bought new tires, lift, shocks, upgraded to the dual battery system, got me a rear bed mat, have the parts to do the heat dissipation in the cabin, trying now to decide on what to do about windshields... have the Honda split version and a soft back panel. It does pretty good on dust/rain in the Winter, but NO WAY could I keep it on in these Southeast Texas humid Summers!! Saw that mod of switching the lower panel to fold out to vent and may try that, but likely just get the SATV flip out and maybe the hard back panel...
It has been a fun process so far.. Had my youngest grandson this week (9 years old) and he and I have been doing the battery/switch panel mods in the barn this week... Finished the functional install last evening. Will go back and tidy things up a bit under the hood after this weekend's shake down work weekend in South Texas... Hope to take pics and post of that excursion...

Yea, that top is all aluminum (as is the basket up front). Folded up or unfolded, you can walk around on it... Until I went to stand and fill feeders, I stood on top if it to fill feeders at the lease... WAY better than a ladder...
With it folded forward, the back lights then become just more light up front...

Drove out to my hunting property down the road from the house and put a couple hundred pounds of corn in the feeder and checked my cameras. Plugged this nice 10pt second day of Bow season in WV. Gonna go prep for this weekend with my youngest who is 7 and very excited to go.. 🏹🦌🇺🇸
