P700 What do you think

Finally home from hurricane work in Florida. I want to buy bigger tires I already have my favorites narrowed down but I am torn between 26s and 27s. Is the extra weight worth the extra 1/2 inch of clearance and I like the look of my deluxe wheels. I also like the extra off set of after market what do y'all think? I don't much care for spacers but will use them on rear If I stay with deluxe wheels. I also don't want to bog it down bad either.

I guess its really up to you. I put 26" on mine, and also went 1" wider. I can't really say I noticed any loss in power. I'm sure someone else has run 27's maybe they will chime in.

Thanks I figured 26s I wouldn't notice anything but 27s would probably make a difference. I like riding in the mountains and didn't want to take away from it with to much tire since power wise it's fine now.

27s are your best choice. You will hardly notice any power loss.

My 28's have a little low end power loss but evens out at normal speeds.

I run 26” tires but if I had it to do over I would probably go with 27” tires. I was worried 27” would change performance too much but from reading guys posts on here I don’t think it would have. But I’m still happy with my 26” RipSaw’s.

Thanks for the info I will probably go with 27s since they seem to be the preferred size I was mostly worried about low end grunt on steep sections.

I currently run the 27" Sedona Coyotes(6-ply) and I have been very happy with them after 1600 miles of mixed terrain use. They've worn well and I've noticed very little power loss. Although I have taken a fuel mileage hit from the extra weight.

I moved up to 26” when I got new tires. Wished I went with 27’s almost immediately. Could not feel ANY loss of power with the 26’s. Hard to imagine 27’s would be that different. Plus bigger tires smooth out the ride more than you’d think

Ordered tires today will pick up tomorrow. I went with 27s. I think they will look fine on my deluxe wheels if not I will orde r new wheels. Will post pics of them. I will put one inch spacers on rear to even it out.

I started to I used to on my ATVs but I went 9 in front and 10 in back I didn't know if 10s would rib at full lock or not.

Tire guy called only 3 tires showed up. Kinda ticked me off but it wasn't his fault but I will have them all by first of the week.l made arrangements for some one to take it and get them mounted while I am at work and bring it back to house for me . I will take pics when I get home.

All tires are in now.cant decide if I want to mount on my deluxe wheels or if I want to buy 212s or hd3s .
