P1000 What is this plug?

Was extending my vent lines this am and noticed this red plug under the driver side seat . Anyone know what it is for?

I think its the plug in for the cunooter valve. Lol

I believe it is a diagnostic port. Plug the Honda tool into it to flash codes.
