Im installing a winch on the 1000 , so can someone post a picture of which wire I should use to power this thing up?

Presume you're asking about key-on power for the remote as the wires for contactor and circuit breaker come from the battery. If so, check out the stickies at the top of the P1K forum --> P1000 - Key On Power, Illumination, and backup source! - Honda Pioneer 1000

I was suggested this route by @CumminsPusher.. keeps you from having to splice.. kid tested, JTW approved! It will just plug into the factory accessory fuse plug.
