Try sintered front and rear pads. They last longer...
actually changed my spark arrestor and the engine braking came alive. front brakes are about every yr now depending on how much i ride but the first yr i tried like 4 different types none lasted as long as the all brass ones

What did you do to the spark arrestor to improve engine braking?

How the hell are you?

@Farmer and @Rinconruss are here.
PB site is dead. Founder is MIA, and we have no real control, so we decided to walk away. I stop by occasionally to make sure someone isn't spamming the heck out of it.
What's up? Still without a sxs. Had to sell mine. My son is trying to talk me into buying a Jeep so I can be cool like his friends and him. Think I still want a P1000...

I changed the oil in my 700 tonight. Put supertech synthetic atv oil in it. Will ride tomorrow after work and see if it shifts different. I was noticing it shifting harder... The Dino oil has been in since last October, but only 138 miles on the oil. It was a little dark.

I still got 4 quarts sitting just waiting for the next oil change. I got around 100 more miles lift in the current rotella t4 that is in there now. Warren makes good oil so I see no issues.

The oil is thin and clear... I can tell it is idling smoother and quieter now... I have a feeling it is going to be extremely hard to find this oil in the future when people hear more about it...

What's weird is that the 10-40 is like $2 more a quart than the 10-30 at the local Walmart.

My Walmart didn’t have 40... I would have gotten 30 weight anyway though. Y’all say 700s like thin oil.... We gone see.

curious too, I put dino Valvoline atv/utv in at the first change and Valvoline hypoid I use in my truck/car and quads, seems like a noticeable improvement in power and the trans quickness. but seems like everyone says that after there first change regardless of type. maybe something in the program or the first probably sits if its done at the factory

Yes...in the 700 I'd probably run 30 too.

I didn’t notice a change in shifting yet... But until I ride more than around the subdivision I can’t really say anything. But the engine noise is less, and the engine vibration is near gone... I’m happy with synthetic so far.
