@snuffnwhisky are you riding Aetna MTN with Pete on the 20th? After this ride I'm going radio silent til the Takeover or I finish a project (whichever comes first). I may have to call on you for some advice.

Lets see it!

@spifyd has a bit of knowledge on the 700 with a turbo, not sure how it'd translate over to the 1000 if at all.
I might one of these days. I know some top turbo/tuning guys from owning the dragstrip plus I've done all the plumbing on a couple.

I've made a couple log manifolds from scratch for 4cyl cars. A twin should be easy lol. I'd love to hear a 1000 running right off the downpipe. That would have to sound awesome!

Are you going to do just one disconnect? If you used two disconnects, what do you do with the sway bar?
Going to try 1 side first. Don't know if the free end will hit the a arms. Do have joints for both sides. Not in a big hurry to do it. Mine does pretty good without the swaybar. Would be nice to have it in certain situations.

Looks like the sway bar disconnects will not work without modification. Either shorten the swaybar 2.5" and use stock mounts or pivot it up and mount to the top a arm. Both sides will have to be disconnected. Not enough clearance between the a arms for full travel without hitting. It will have to be rotated up to the frame to tie it off, which there is plenty of clearance for it. I also have the SATV arms so I might have a little more clearance. Don't think I would mount to the top of a stock arm, might fold it.

Rotated up

Full compression

Full droop on the other side.

Late update but I wrapped the header and painted the whole exhaust and heat shields and didn't seem to help heat in the front. Didn't check the back seats. Did not have my bubble wrap blanket under and up the seat but did have the plastic between the seat dynamated and a 4" fan running. Plastic between seats felt like 120 degrees. Probably going to take the wrap off.
