A big difference in the pioneer vs talon rod and piston. Cap screw vs bolt, the rod is thicker but a touch less wide, talon piston has an anti friction coating on the skirts. The talon wrist pin is tapered, a lot bigger id/od at the end and smaller in the id. The oil ring is thinner. All else looks similar. The cap screw design is the biggest benefit for more reliable power.

The engine is fairly clean. I think it's permanently mud colored now haha.

I used 321ss - 0.109" wall on the header. Should be good with it glowing bright red haha.
