How is the winch working for you? Just picked up the 4k version. Currently on sale at Cabelas for $150. Was going to go with the Warn Vantage but couldnt pass up on that price plus I had a $25 coupon and it was local so no shipping. Just need a mount now.

How is the winch working for you? Just picked up the 4k version. Currently on sale at Cabelas for $150. Was going to go with the Warn Vantage but couldnt pass up on that price plus I had a $25 coupon and it was local so no shipping. Just need a mount now.

Way better built than the Warn vantage series. I have a Warn provantage on the foreman and I have to say the Terra series is tougher built.Should have done more homework before buying the warn.Don't get me wrong Warn makes good winchs but when you look at gear thickness and amp draw superwinch terra are solid.I also have a warning 9500hs for the truck.You have a good setup. Haven't used this one yet. I'm sure we will in the snow.
