Was the gas tank under? Have you ran the fuel breather line yet?

Sounds like water in fuel.

If it won't turn over you may have a broken piston jamming the engine up tight. If the hood went under water at high rpm I would remove the air filter and see if its wet. It may be ok to turn the engine back a bit. Is there water in the oil. The engine should turn over with the plugs out.

Little water in oil will not stop from cranking. A lot will.

If the seat was under you have pumped lots of water into the tank.

I would drain the oil and refill it up all the way. If it won't turn over either way you may need to pull the top end off. I have seen the flywheel key shear when an engine get water at a rpm of about 3,000 but the engine will usually turn over with the spark plugs out. You may have a broken balancer chain locking the engine but it should turn over the other way if its not jammed too much.

If you hear the starter engauging and it won't turn over with plugs out something is jammed in engine. If starter doesn't engage it's electrical

Oh crap! The OEM intake is very susceptible to water ingest due to being located up front. That's the main reason I snorkeled mine. I don't go that deep, I just don't want it to take a big gulp of splashing water.

Dang dude! Im sorry to hear that. I wish I could help but right now I'm clueless. I know you can figure pretty much anything out and if you're asking for our help, it must be bad.

It wasn't deep at all maybe 1 1/2 deep but hit it fairly hard. Trans was clean. Honestly I didn't see signs of water on the intake

Oh crap again, that oil doesn't look good.

What do you hear when you turn the key. Does it clunk like the starter engages but just can't turn the motor?

You could remove the cover plate and turn the motor by hand and get a definite answer if it's locked or not.

Man! I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope this ends better.
