Dude, you guys frickin' rock! That had to be the least amount of research I've ever done on a mod. It was a last minute thing before tomorrows group ride and you guys came through for me. Big thanks to @sharp @GlockMeister and @JTW . I ended up finding them at an outlet store for $7.99 a piece, that works for me. Had to trim that little dash tab at the bottom on the inside, but you can't see it at all. They fit super tight and I'll fine tune them later, but they're in. Thanks again guys. :)

Trigger would you take a pick where you trimmed to get the cup holders to lay flat on the plastic? C7232cdb8762ff1e0843afa44776e0699021a71557f91d5f7264e3fdf327a174

I'd have to pull them out to get you that pic. These came with 3M tape around the lip and I have them set permanent now. If you read one of the first posts, @JTW said to keep your trimming toward the front of the hole, meaning towards the cab. That didn't benefit me much because I didn't see that until I already had them installed. I had to wiggle and torque the plastic around a bit to get them to sit flat, that plastic will flex. Here is the end result though, you can get it in there. ;)

Keep in mind that down inside the hole, where two pieces of the dash come together, there is a lip. I pulled the push pin that you see in my pic, that is right below the cup holder, and trimmed that lip from the wheel well side. If your cup holder is as deep as mine was, you may be hitting that lip and preventing the back side from coming down. Just a thought.
